Ingredients: 
3 lb Ground Beef
3 T Chili Powder
1 t Ground Cayenne Pepper
1 t Paprika
2 Medium Onions (Chopped)
2 Green Bell Peppers (Chopped)
3 T Garlic Powder
3 T Worcestershire Sauce  (Preferably Lea and Perrins Brand)
1 t Crushed Basil Leaves
2 (40 ounce) cans of Kidney Beans (Drained )
1 lb Shredded Cheddar Cheese
3 cn (28 ounce) whole tomatoes

Instructions: 

Prep at Camp:
1) Drain tomatoes, reserving liquid for later. Chop tomatoes into bite-size pieces and set aside. 
2) In a large frying pan, blend chili powder into ground beef and brown the meat. Carefully drain grease.
3) Add ground beef, chopped tomatoes, tomato liquid, and all remaining ingredients, except for kidney beans and cheese, to a large-size cook pot. 
4) Simmer chili for 2 hours.
5) Blend in drained kidney beans and continue to simmer for 1 additional hour.
6) Serve chili topped with cheddar cheese.
